New Zealand Postage and Handling Prices
National Deliveries are $6 per item, for up to 2 items, but you won't pay more than $12 for your order within NZ. If you have been charged incorrectly let us know via email at orders@billitees.co.nz  or by phone 0800 3 22 00 99 and we'll get it sorted.  Although we aim to despatch within 48 hours of receiving your order, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery once your order is confirmed by email. If you haven't received your order after 7 days please email us so we can track it down!



Australia Postage and Handling Prices
Australian Deliveries are by Airmail, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. For larger quantities please email us.

International Courier Option
If you are posting to the UK, Canada, Europe or America we now offer a 5-6 working day option at the following rates.
1 item $30, each subsequent item is $5 more for up to 5 items. You will be offered this option at the Check Out, if you do not wish to take it you will be charged standard air freight prices as outlined above. For larger parcels please contact us at
orders@billitees.co.nz, or phone us +6463220099. Snack boxes are still charged at $25 per box.



Overseas Import Taxes
Billi Tees is not liable for any import taxes that may apply to the delivery of your order.



Missing Parcels
If your Billi Tee should not arrive at its destination within the estimated delivery time please email us at orders@billitees.co.nz so we can place an enquiry with the postal service. This process requires a response from you to enable us to replace your tees. Please be aware it can take up to one month for the Post Office to make contact with you and then back with us. To help ensure a minimum of loss, please double check your address when you place your order with us! NB; Please read our terms and conditions, and ensure you check your address details thoroughly before confirming your order. Missing parcels can take up to 2 months to process through NZ Post systems. All Parcel orders overseas over 2 kg will require signature delivery and must be delivered to an address where someone is present. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.

We want you to love our tees so if you're not happy, we want to know, contact us so we can get it sorted. Equally if you loved it tell your mates! If you've just changed your mind, that's cool too. Make sure your tee is not worn and in mint condition and we'll give you 6 months to send it back. Exchanges and refunds will be given at current price.



Returns
If you need to return any garments to Billi Tees, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Email us at orders@billitees.co.nz and tell us you want to exchange/return your garment.
    Please wait for our reply before sending your garment back.
  2. Send your garment back in its original condition, with a note stating:
    • Your name, address and contact phone number
    • What size, style and colour garment you want to exchange it for (if exchanging)
  3. Once we have received your garment, we will dispatch your new order
