So you need to send something back? No worries mate...Step 1: Email us first at orders@billitees.co.nz or contact us by phone 0800 322 0099. This means we can help you straight away and advise the next best step. Once you've chatted with us, you can move on to step 2.* Step 2: Please ensure items are unworn, not damaged or marked and folded neatly. We will accept items for exchange up to 6 months from purchase date in this condition. If you item/s are faulty mark the area with clear tape. Step 3: Include a note with your name, contact phone number and email address, and a description of the problem and your requested items or replacements. Be sure to put a return address in! Step 4: Place your return in a waterproof bag (turn an old one inside out to save on packaging).
