So you need to send something back? No worries mate...
Need to send something back? No problem. Just go through the steps below and we'll get it sorted.
Step 1: Email us first at email@example.com or contact us by phone 09-8275813. This means we can help you straight away and advise the next best step. Once you've chatted with us, you can move on to step 2.*
Step 2: Please ensure items are unworn, not damaged or marked and folded neatly. We will accept items for exchange up to 6 months from purchase date in this condition. If you item/s are faulty mark the area with clear tape.
Step 3: Place your return in a waterproof bag (turn an old one inside out to save on packaging).
If you are using a courier service:
Once we have recieved your garment, we will dispatch your new item.
As we rotate our designs around regularly, the original design you want to exchange may no longer be available. If this is the case, we will do our best to work out a solution that will make you smile :-)
