If you no longer wish to be a member please let us know via email orders@billitees.co.nz.  Any abuse or inappropriate use ofthe Billi Tees website or associated websites will result in membership termination. Please advise us immediatly of inappropriate behaviour or breach of terms and conditions on info@billitees.co.nz.

4. These Terms and Conditions superseed all previous representations, understandings or contracts and shall prevail over any terms which may be offered by you. Ordering of goods by you from Billi Tees constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Pricing policy for overseas purchases: Prices are as stated and GST included where applicable
6. TERMS OF SALE FOR HUMP DAY ITEMS — No holds, Rainchecks or backorders available. Sale items are treated as first in first serve and no alternative item can be offered should the item you have chosen sold out. We will endeavour to update our sold out items during the course of the day advertised.
7. Membership deals are available to registered members only.

IF ITS KIWI ITS GOOD LOW DOWN

To make sure your video qualifies here's a few things you need to know...
1)The promotion commences at 12.01 on the 15th of December 2009 and closes at 11.59pm on the 15 of February 2010 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries must be recieved during the Promotional Period to qualify for prizes.

2) Qualifying Video entries gets an instant prize of $10 Billi Tees Bucks  up to a maximum prize value of $30 Billi Tees Bucks (Voucher is valid for 12 months), and will also go into the Grand Prize pool.  Photo entries will recieve $10 Billi Tees Bucks up to a maximum value of $30 Billi Tees Bucks.  Single or group entries are accepted, but only one instant prize is given out per Video entry.

3)To enter the compeition you must be a registered member of Billi Tees online and you must be over 18 years of age.

4)You can enter as many Videos and Photos as you like but each entry must be different. Prizes are issued to a maximum value of $30 Billi Tees Bucks for photo entries and $30 Billi Tees Bucks per Video Entry.

5)You can enter if you live overseas but prizes are only redeemable within NZ.

6) Your video must be no more the 2 minutes long, with no full nudity or swearing. Keep it clean NZ!. Billi Tees reserves the right at our discretion to remove any entry that contains material or comments that are deemed by us to be inappropriate, derogatory or infringe on another persons copyright or intellectual property. We will notify you if your entry is not suitable for this promotion, but you can always re-edit it and try again! Photos must include a caption with the words, "If its Kiwi its Good" included, more points awarded for entries with Billi Tees on a person or included in photo.

7) Videos must include, (either written or spoken) "If it's Kiwi it's Good" and ‘Billi Tees". Use your imagination (you could wear one of our tees) but keep within the limits of the law.

8)The Grand Prize for the Winning Video Entry (woohoo!) is return domestic NZ flights for 4 adults on Air New Zealand from one of Grab a Seats NZ destinations, 2 nights accommodation in a 3 star hotel, and a rental car for 3 days within NZ, and of course a suitcase worth ($500) of Billi Tees Gear. The Grand Prize for the Winning Photo Entry is return domestic flights for 2 people to a mystery destination and 1 night accomodation at a 3 star hotel. Grand Prize winners will need to make their own way to their nearest Air New Zealand Grab A Seat Airport (grabaseat.co.nz). Booking date and travel dates and the destination will be arranged with the prize winner but must be taken within a year of the prize being won. Prize excludes travel and car insurance, airport and hotel transfers, food and beverage costs, spending money, and all other incidentals. Flights are not eligible to accrue Airpoints Dollars nor Status Credits an Grand Prize is subject to Air New Zealand's Conditions of Carriage and General Terms and Conditions, and Air New Zealand Terms and Conditions.

9)The winner of the Grand Prize and Photo Entry Prize will be selected by the Billi Tees Judging panel on the 28th of February 2010. All qualifying entries in the Grand Prize pool will be judged on their ability to make us want to epxerience the piece or parts of New Zealand of choice and of course how much we enjoyed it! We like to have a laugh so keep it light hearted. The Judges decision is final (that's us!) and no correspondence will be entered into.

10)The Grand Prize winners will be announced on the Billi Tees website on the 28th of February 2010 and the winner will also be contacted by email or phone.

11)Prizes are non transferable, are not redeemable for cash nor can they be exchanged.

12) All material submitted becomes the property of Billi Tees Limited (to the extent permitted by the law). By submitting content you also consent to its editing for display on various media channels including Billi Tees Limited own website, associated media channels and other channels we choose including sponsors Grab a Seat or getamongstit website. Content may also be used for other purposes including t-shirt design and print advertising. .

 13)If you believe your work has been copied and posted on the Billi Tees website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us via email to competition@billitees.co.nz, uncluding details or where the material you claim is infringing is located.

Billi Tees reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to vary, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time, and for any reason including (without limitation) if the promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Promoter that corrupts, impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the promotion and/or prizes. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any person or converted into cash. Billi Tees Limited (the “Promoter”) its employees and, participating agents and their associated agencies (the “Employees and Associated Persons”) are ineligible to enter or win. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process.

By entering this competition, all entrants hereby grant the Promoter the right to publish use their entry on billitees.co.nz, getamongstit.co.nz, grabaseat.co.nz, airnz.co.nz and media partner websites and publications at the discretion of the promoter. The name of the entrant may also be published.

The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
